Without any scripts? You can send any channel variables to the remote host by means api you said.

<action application="set" data="api_hangup_hook=jsrun cleanup.js ${uuid}"/>

Just add variables you need after  script name (as arguments) and do the curl request from script to any remote host.

Or I have understood you not correctly.
