On the plus side the 4.0 UI has some less intrusive updating where you don&#39;t have to wait forever while the phone reboots. I know that&#39;s petty, but when you deal with Polycoms all day long having to wait 3+ minutes every time it reboots is annoying and counter-productive. <br>
