- freeswitch start without a switch.conf

- by default without switch.conf,use the sqlite database for core 

-we can provide the switch.conf parameters and values through xml_curl. using the post_load_switch.conf

-there is no way to provide the core-db-dsn through the post_load_switch.conf

-so i have now only one line in my switch.conf that is <param name="core-db-dsn" value="dsn:user:password" />

Although it does seem to take note of the variables sent back, I'm not 100% if all of them are applied in post_load (i.e. there may be some that don't get applied via this method).

You'll have to use some trial and error to see (update the docs if there is anything specific that doesn't get applied using post_load).
