I'm using the master branch to test some things and I've noticed that there is a lot of these:

I can see the log level was changed from SWITCH_LOG_DEBUG1 to SWITCH_LOG_NOTICE in commit
https://freeswitch.org/stash/projects/FS/repos/freeswitch/commits/7906a2054afc93319f502226d5c39a074b67c37d is this on purpose?
