Hi,

was does sip trace say. You must add user to default directory and that do reloadxml.

You can past you log to see what is going on..

I am trying to register Default SIP users i.e. 1019,1004 etc from a softphone but they are not registering. Sofia status also not showing any user registrations. FreeSWITCH is listening on port 5060 and every configuration has been done according to the docs. What could be the issue?
