Hello,
I've been banging my head against the wall for awhile trying to get to
the bottom this, with little success.

My server is ubuntu 64 bit Ubuntu Linux 12.04.2 running Freeswitch 1.2.18

I set the email variables in the voicemail.xml file, with these results
in the log

2014-08-11 20:38:34.878993 [WARNING] switch_xml_config.c:437
Configuration parameter [email_vm-email-all-messages] is unfortunately
not valid, you might want to double-check that.
2014-08-11 20:38:34.879003 [WARNING] switch_xml_config.c:437
Configuration parameter [email_vm-attach-file] is unfortunately not
valid, you might want to double-check that.
2014-08-11 20:38:34.879008 [WARNING] switch_xml_config.c:437
Configuration parameter [email_vm-mailto] is unfortunately not valid,
you might want to double-check that.
2014-08-11 20:38:34.879016 [WARNING] switch_xml_config.c:437
Configuration parameter [email_vm-keep-local-after-email] is
unfortunately not valid, you might want to double-check that.

the relevant snippet in the voicemail.conf.xml file

<param name="vm-mailto" value="zook@millcreekmfg.com"/>

Anybody see where this is coming from? the voicemail to email doesn't
work at all, it ignores the settings completely.
