I was testing mod_conference + mod_verto and Opus enabled.

With 100 participants the audio quality decreases significantly. CPU is almost 100%.

95 participants are muted but I think their audio stream also gets encoded and mixed.

We could serve those 95 participants the same mixed stream? That would save lots of cpu?
