The port installs the jpeg library in /usr/local/lib but as you pointed out

the build doesn't link to it there: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ljpeg

Please follow:

 

3. Compile spandsp

 

( cd libs/spandsp ; ./configure ; gmake install )
