The problem is only experienced with one of our two gateways.

Again I see nothing about session timers in my profiles though but the session timers are coming from my gateway internal profile to my hosted server where I am lacing the test calls from.

You should look at the sip packets from the call setup, session timeout duration is negotiated with the other party.

Eventualy after about 30 minutes of fs sending reinvites every minute the reinvites stop and the carrier disconnects the call since we do not ack the last 200ok from our reinvite.
