Difficult to say without logs. However, just worth a try:

Set the following value to "true" in your sip profile (internal, if config is default).
<param name="NDLB-force-rport" value="true|safe"/>

Is something to do with the source port. Panasonic KX-TGP500B04 always say "Registering" but never registered.
