When i call destination 5000 with my registered phone via 3cx for ivr demo, my session hangs up(incompatible destination) suddenly and no sound heard from phone! anybody knows the solution?

i have just changed these lines in vars.xml:
  <X-PRE-PROCESS cmd="set" data="global_codec_prefs=G729,G722,PCMU,PCMA,GSM"/>
  <X-PRE-PROCESS cmd="set" data="outbound_codec_prefs=G729,PCMU,PCMA,GSM"/>
