The endpoint would have to be involved in this too, and as I see it thats like calling someone on audio and screaming at them before they answer, I would see this being abused greatly.

Or other option be able to redirect the rtp stream from A to B as soon
we get rtp from A, this probably is not possible because we don't have a
media stream open with B.
