I'm compiling ffmpeg and libav myself,

that's why I asked, for now I have libav-11.12 especiall for FS

but would like to "harmonize" it with the the last version 12.x and ffmpeg-4.1.x

mod_av is compiled successful with ffmpeg from rpmfusion repo. But during mod_av load shared lib linking is failed.

Looks as need package properly one of dependence package.
