Have you read the freeswitch book? It gives answers to most questions.
Also you haven't given a clue how your configuration looks like, so what kind of help do you expect?
Of course you can easily find someone who can set up your server for money... Although the book is usually enough.
What would be the extra value of FusionPBX if I'm not able to use the back-end manual configuration.
