will mod_shout / mod_vlc work for youtube live streams?  We currently stream to youtube live, so picking up that stream would be perfect, if either of those work for that..

I have an audio/video stream that I already set up, I would like to use the audio portion as a "conference" that users can dial into and listen live.

I'd go for mod_shout or mod_vlc
