Hello,

FS encode does not work using non root user.Any idea why ?  or how to fix it ? 

sudo -H -u nginx bash -c '/usr/local/freeswitch/bin/fs_encode -v /tmp/k1.wav /tmp/k1.PCMA'        
Cannot init core [Cannot Open log directory or XML Root!]
2019-04-10 15:01:20.230883 [WARNING] switch_core_codec.c:920 Codec is not initialized!
2019-04-10 15:01:20.231005 [WARNING] switch_core_codec.c:920 Codec is not initialized!
