I don't think this exists in FS.  You can create a small dialplan APP that installs a DTMF hook and drops all digits that aren't 0-9,#,* by returning SWITCH_STATUS_FALSE to drop and SWITCH_STATUS_SUCCESS to allow.  mod_dptools.c and switch_ivr_async.c have examples of DTMF hooks.
