as Brian said, one email was enough.
If you don't get an answer in the following hours, that can be normal.
It's no use to send your issue again (if you want to be ignored, that's actually the best way to proceed).
But it could be useful to send a sip trace of the issue.

If you need a "quick" reply, perhaps you should try the #freeswitch channel on IRC.
And if you need an urgent reply, you should be able to find on IRC people who will provide paid help.

after a while sipcall still gets registered, im able to receive inbound calls, but i cant
get outbound working. iptel doesn't get registered at all, for  that i followed the instruction
in the FreeSWITCH-106- Book i bought. can someone please give me a hint.
