We’ve been doing some testing on 1.4 with the reload functions for queues, tiers and agents, and have noticed that in the xml_curl request, when reloading a queue, you get two very useful parameters in the request:

Event-Calling-Function=load_queue

CC-Queue=<queuename>

These however are not sent for tier and agent reload requests.

Having those two parameters allow us to narrow down the information we return back to freeswitch as we can tell which queue it’s for. Is there any possibility of adding it as a todo item for mod_callcenter?

I wrote the patch in https://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FS-5850 to allow dynamic reload.

You may be using wrong syntax

i just tested and both these commands worked for me (i verified xml_curl lookup worked by watching my web access log)

callcenter_config agent reload [agent_name]

callcenter_config tier reload [tier]

Is this a known issue? I can see JIRA issue on this matter at https://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FS-5850 but it seems to indicate this was all complete towards the end of last year, which is why it’s puzzling me that those commands are not working.
