Forgot to mention, if it’s only FreeSwitch that needs it and you installed as per the wiki no path is need for freeswitch itself, it will find the brew openssl.

If you’re using the wiki instructions or the macFI then homebrew would have installed openssl. If that’s the case simply do a brew update and brew upgrade to get the latest openssl. In Terminal do a “openssl version”, I get: "OpenSSL 0.9.8zh 14 Jan 2016”, that is what is installed in 10.11.6. Then go to /usr/local/opt/openssl/bin, I get "OpenSSL 1.0.2h  3 May 2016”. I don’t do Firefox or VertoJS but I am guessing you need to add/adjust a path to see the correct openssl.

You need to upgrade your openssl lib on server where your fs is running.
