Maybe I should infer from this that the channel I'm trying to record isn't
sending video. I'm using XLite on windows - I start a 'video call' and
whilst the call is started I suspect it hasn't been able to negotiate video
and perhaps fallen back to audio. XLite does H.263 and H.263+.
