What is the best way for understanding the reason why I begin to have [freeswitch] <defunct> process ?

I don't use 'exec' directive.

CentOS release 6.3 (Final)

FreeSWITCH Version 1.1.beta1 (git-de019ab 2012-05-03 15-23-57 +0200)
