I re-build FS with gnutlc and copied dlls to release folder according to the link, I still got "not authorized" errors:

I don't understand in SEND string, why there are id="6126364944" username="lFSpOF
kF3fncvj9j" password="lFSpOFkF3fncvj9j". I did not set those values, why username and password are same.

yeah the note specifically mentions 2008 but the same principles apply to
2010.
Using precompiled external libs is not something that we support(all the
current code in the project is built from src) but if you wish to do that
yourself thats up to you.
