Actually removing hold_music variable fixed my problem. Strange and I don't understand the relationship but happy to have it working now.

Thanks Brain.

My problem is that I'm not putting any calls on hold. I only invoke bind digit action to execute a perl script. I don't know where this hold music comes from.

The call is in a bridge and I have a bind digit action set to execute a perl script. The perl script is only called after exactly 10 seconds if the bridge has been answered for more than 20 seconds and that's my problem.

Looks like you’re putting a call on hold and you have no hold music configured, either unset the hold_music variable or setup your hold music.
