I’d start looking at the includes and see what ifdef’s can be enabled so postgresql can be enabled on windows

Does anyone know how to enable Postgres in the core on Windows, https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/PostgreSQL_in_the_core only has instructions for CentOS and Debian.
