I'm also facing the similar issue,I can however login,but call attempt not working.
Upon debug enabled I'm getting additional information like below
mod_verto.c:230 SSL ERR: CERT CHAIN FILE ERROR
mod_verto.c:237 SSL NOT ENABLED FOR LISTENER
0.0.0.0:8082. REVERTING TO WS
upon openssl connect coomand getting this as below
