Set your library path DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH to /usr/local/freeswitch/lib

>DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/freeswitch/lib /usr/local/freeswitch/bin/freeswitch

or export it in your shell.

I did the make installall and I still get:

Any thoughts?
