Following link will clarify our stance however I might be wrong therefore I am open to accept any recommendation.ICTFax front end has been developed over Drupal Content Managment System http://drupal.org and it is being offered as GPL Version 2.0 and later therefore we have no other option but to release ICTFax under GPL License.Hi AnothonyThanks for your feedback .
