If I remove my ringback-variable I do get a normal ringtone.So I guess it's something with my file perhaps - or...?

Make sure you add {ignore_early_media=true} to dial string and possibly also {instant_ringback=true} if your call does not get any ringing indication. (180 183 etc) or is not SIP.
