The issue you'll get (that I've seen before) when
the ongoing call fails you could get customers complaining that
it cuts off even though it's ringing.

The idea is that I would hope to hear a ringtone while the 5s delay is occurring and I still don't....
As it happens, there's less commercial necessity for this than first thought, but it would be cool to get it working.
