Considering the last commit to that module was more than a year ago and I have not heard anyone using it, most likely its development is stalled. I have not seen Steve Underwood around lately.

On the other hand, what signaling were you looking to use with mod_unicall? Unicall was mostly widely used for MFCR2, which is now integrated in FreeTDM (mod_freetdm) and works pretty well. FreeTDM also supports Analog, PRI/BRI, SS7 and soon GSM.
