Hello,

I am trying to call an alphanumeric user, for example john@domain.com and it doesn't work. I get a [NO_ROUTE_DESTINATION] error message. It only works if I add the number-alias option and dial the numeric extension.

My user extension config (without number-alias) as follows:

    </params>

      <variable name="accountcode" value="john"/>

What am I doing wrong?
