Is there any way of adding a custom header to an outbound registration for a gateway?
I know you can add headers on the gateway definition, but that only works for outbound calls, like this:

<gateway name="mygw">
<param name="username" value="user" />
<param name="password" value="password" />
<param name="register" value="false"/>
<param name="caller-id-in-from" value="true"/>
<param name="realm"
<variables>
<variable name="sip_h_X-destination" value="outbound"/>
</variables>
</gateway>
</include>
