When a agent goes to Waiting state, the call is bridged to him. In this moment, I want that the member star to listen a ringback (to know that  his call is going to an agent).</div>
<div><br></div><div>The link that you sent only explains how to set a moh sound, that will play continuously, doesn&#39;t matter if the agent is ringing or not.</div><div><br></div><div>Is there any way to make this?</div>
