Thanks for the help I finally got it to register, I did not expect the FXO to register as an extension I was trying to register it as a gateway.  Now I need to figure out how to set up the dialplan to route calls to the FXO extension so I can make outgoing calls.  If you have a suggestion It would be most appreciated.
