He did open a jira as a patch request but no bounty amount on it.  So someone will have to patch it for him for free or he'll have to post a bounty to raise the priority of the bug a bit because its a non-critical issue.  Its at the bottom of my list.

Looking at the source code, it looks like FreeSWITCH doesn't currently
provide any way to use that field on an INVITE from mod_sofia... if
you wanted it you'd have to open a Jira ticket.
