Hi all,<br><br>We are using x-lite for agents to answer calls using fifo module.<br><br>When an agent A picks up the call,First queued customer is dequeued and connected to that agent A.<br>Now in case this agent A finds himself unable to satisfy customer issue He/She would like to transfer the customer a leg to another agent B (whose extension is known to agent A).<br>
<br>Please share how can we implement this.<br><br>Thanks a lot.<br>
