Hello,

Just added a new stream in local_stream.conf.xml file.
Upon "reloadxml" the new stream still doesn't show-up in output of "show_local_stream"
Does it take more than "reloadxml" to make new stream available? Don't want to restart a production system, so please let me know the right command.

Also, what exactly is <param name="chime-max" value="500"/> ?
In-line comment says "limit to how many seconds the file will play" but wiki says  "max number of "break-in" attempts". These two seem to contradict each other, which one is the correct interpretation?
