Yes, the same thing happen to me, when I originate call I get the same error in freeswitch, column count different this is happen in cdr_sqlite.conf.xml.
in Terminal:

nano /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/autoload_configs/cdr_sqlite.conf.xml

comment this line:

<templates>
    <!--<template name=”example”>”${caller_id_name}”,”${caller_id_number}”,”${destination_number}”,”${context}”,”${start_stamp}”,”${answer_stamp}”,”${end_stamp}”,${duration},${billsec},”${hangup_cause}”, “${hangup_cause_q850}”,”${uuid}”,”${bleg_uuid}”,”${accountcode}”</template>-->

replace it with:

    <template name="example">"${caller_id_name}","${caller_id_number}","${destination_number}","${context}","${start_stamp}","${answer_stamp}","${end_stamp}",${duration},${billsec},"${hangup_cause}","${uuid}","${bleg_uuid}","${accountcode}",0</template>
</templates>

After that restart supervisor.

I attached some notes and .sql schema, and .yaml schema configuration for cdr-pusher.

I installed cdr-stats on Debian 8 with FreeSWITCH.
cdr-pusher successfully processed the first entry in the cdr.db (msg =
"Total fetched from database: 8" msg = "Total number pushed to
PostgreSQL: 8") and added to the database cdr.db"flag_imported".
Thereafter Freeswitch stopped writing in cdr.db error
switch_core_sqldb.c: 587 NATIVE SQL ERR [table cdr has 15 columns but 14
values were supplied]

In Dashboard, I do not see these records 8.

But Diagnosis CDR-Staty shows TOTAL CDR 8

How to solve these problems?
