Hi,
i had experienced a similar problem with polycom ip500, and this was a power adapter problem causing phone to reboot when speaker phone is on and sound volume is high :), replacing 500mp adapter with 1000ma fixed the problem. if you are using PoE then it's something related to phone firmware definitely.

If you're using central provisioning with the Linksys/Cisco Small
Business series phones and you leave the Message_Waiting option in the
config (which is the default, very stupid), the phones will reboot
every time they sync the config, if they have a voicemail waiting.

Check to see if the Linksys spontaneous reboots correlate with pulling
down the config (assuming you're using central provisioning) and make
sure you either comment or delete Message_Waiting from the config.

You may also want to see if there's any correlation with DHCP and the
phones renewing their IP. We put all of our phones on DHCP
reservations, so their IP doesn't/shouldn't change. I'm not sure what
the phone will do if it goes to renew its address and the DHCP server
hands it a different IP, it may cause the phone to reboot?

Cheers,
Gabe
