Hi David,

I experienced something similar with FS 1.4.18 during a test involving SIPp. In my case, FreeSWITCH did actually send the BYE but sent it over UDP instead of TCP for some reason so it didn't get picked up by the receiver. I never did figure out why and changed our test to use UDP exclusively instead. We are now using a later version of FreeSWITCH (1.6.12) and I haven't re-tested recently to see whether the same thing still happens.

Regards,

Chris

Subject: [Freeswitch-users] BYE not sent to caller

Hello all,

I've got this situation where fs received a BYE from the bleg, on the cli it prints out "sending BYE to [channel]", but no BYE is actually sent. This is on TCP.

This happened to anyone else? (Fs 1.4)

Regards,

David
