I will check in the SIP client libs I use if there is any vad.
od for rtp timeout on profile, but it was useful to be short in case of originator hangs up and
doesn't let the legB on line for long time.
Also what is the role of rtp-hold-timeout-sec ? I tried to change it but has no effect

your client probably has vad enabled which is a feature that stops the rtp when you are not talking.
one thing you can do is disable or increase the duration of that rtp timeout on your sip profile settings.

Holly sh....! , I found the problem !
I didn't know that the fact I don't plug a mic on the legA and talk in it
can causes a rtp timeout !!!!
so I have a question : what's happened if in a conversation  the legB talks
talks and talks
but legA listens and don't say anything longer as the rtp timeout ? :D
I tried it, and indeed, there's an rtp timeout everytime I stop to talk.
