I'm just curious what people use in the scenario where the receptionist does not take her hands off of the computer keyboard/mouse to handle calls. Ex: recept can do a drag-n-drop operation to transfer a caller to an extension. So you'd have a really fancy softphone that can show presence info for users on multiple PBXes. (I'm assuming that'd be quite a nice little SIP packet storm to keep all those NOTIFYs coming in...)
