Is it possible that some of the changes that are in 2.8 are already in 2.6.7?

Try removing the reference to glib (in freeswitch.i, freeswitch_managed.h) and replacing g_free in freeswitch_managed.h to mono_free then run reswig

Yitzchok yes I'm sure I'm using mono 2.6.7. I started from mono 2.8 and after it failed I used mono 2.6.7 (on a clean centos 5.5 not the one I installed mono 2.8) and I got the same results. I tried 2.6 and it worked and David I'm on centos 5.5 too.
