Permission: -rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 1248017 Nov 19 11:47 fsg729-167-installer

Also as I said in my last email this is a FreeSWITCH production BOX .

I downloaded and was able to run after I set the file to executable.

What is the OS? What user are you trying to run this as? Did you check
to ensure the file is executable after you did the chmod?
