If there is a bug you should report it right to jira.
The bug has now been fixed.

There appears to be a bug, when I try this;
- A continues to hear moh
- B can't send any more DTMF or audio to C (but can still hear C)
- C can only send audio to B

I've posted the debug cli log on pastebin:

Someone else asked a similar question which went un-answered on the 3rd
of June (Is there a way to cancel att_xfer?), I also asked the question
on IRC yesterday and likewise didn't get an answer - how am I supposed
to know if this is a bug in FreeSWITCH (in which case I would have filed
a bug on Jira) or if I'm missing something somewhere?
