The problem seems to be related to the number of session per second because if I lower the maximum sps value (for example with ./fs_cli -x "fsctl sps 30") then in the log appear only "Throttle Error" but not the "Event system overloading".
There is a way to increment the "event system capacity" so I can handle more sessions per second?

"Event system capacity" may very well be a function of the combination of operating system and hardware. Can you tell us the specs on the server?
