The installer up on the site is broken and not install libpcre.dll with the install.  You can copy this file from http://www.freeswitch.org/downloads/win32/libpcre.dll and put it in the install directory, that should fix the issue.  I am finishing up a new windows build system that should generate a better installer and resolve this issue.  Please also not that installer is currently older code until I finish the new build system and installer.

Hi, I installed FreeSwitch successfully on Windows 2000 SP4, enabled portaudio module and set my dialplan param to "Regex/XML Dialplan". However, when I make a call to a tollfree number ("pacall 18002275387" for example), I got the message "No Dialplan, Aborting". The output is below. Please give me a clue about the solution.
