For anyone that reads Michael's email later:

I already completed the file phrase_es.xml, if anyone wants to re-check it and make it better, it is attached to this message. I also created the files:  
freeswitch/conf/lang/es.xml 
freeswitch/conf/lang/es/vm/sounds.xml
freeswitch/conf/lang/es/dir/sounds.xml
with 2 differences from the english ones (to order the words properly according to the phrases), check them too if you wish.
