Maybe check the variables rtp_audio_* ?
I can't recall the latency being exposed, but at least MOS is.
I tend also to recall that some rtp stats are written in the xml
cdrs, or if you want some realtime, there's the API command
uuid_set_media_stats to check.

I was hoping for something in FS's own CDR files.
Among other things I need to be able to tie latency and packet loss (along with jitter which is already available in the CDR files) to a specific leg ID.
